Background


Lumishore's continued success and internal promotion has generated the requirement for a new Sales Administrator position in our Swansea Head Office.


The Position:

Lumishore is seeking a full-time sales administrator to join our team.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing the Sales Admin function
  • Receive, maintain and update sales order records in SAGE 200 including quotations
  • Manage the Sales Despatch process including customer communication
  • Print and Email customer invoices
  • Resolution of customer product and invoice queries


  • Manage the Sales

  • Production interface

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Computer proficient preferably with SAGE experience
  • Ability to communicate across with an enquiring mind and ability to influence peers and colleagues
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with multitasking
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Personally Driven and comfortable under time pressures.

Compensation:
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary plus bonuses.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

From £21,600.00 per year
