Daytime Healthcare are working with a Luxury International Facial Skin Clinic in Soho who are looking for a Beauty Therapist to join their friendly team

Role & Responsibilities:

Educating and advising clients on our laser facial treatments and skincare product regimen, turning education/advice into sales to maximize company revenue, helping to achieve daily sales targets and providing customers with excellent customer care.
Create a warm and inviting environment where our customers feel safe, appreciated, and understood.
To inform the Lead Therapist or Clinic Manager of any medical conditions or behavior from clients that are unusual or cause concern.
Ensures all treatment protocols, standards of treatment and documentation are practiced and upheld.
To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the reception team on the days scheduled treatments, any changes, additions etc. in order to meet the everchanging needs of our customers. Flexibility and cooperation are required.
Promote high standards of care and customer service with the ability to deliver quality customer services in a very fast paced environment
Knowledge of appointment and/or clinic booking system (Zenoti) is a bonus
Relevant experience in the beauty/skin care industry
Must have a friendly, energetic & engaging personality yet calming presence
Must be confident & comfortable working with the public
Computer literate
Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player
Have a passion for skincare
Excellent level of spoken and written English
