A Head of Product role leading a product team, within a well-known retailer, accelerate the role of digital within their organisation.


What you'll be doing:


  • You will support our existing and future Clients with consultancy services concentrating (albeit not exclusively) on digital change and delivery transformation
  • Have in depth experience of Clientside Commerce operations and change strategies
  • Strategically lead the development of consultancy team proposition around the two key areas of structured digital change and delivery transformation
  • Create frameworks and approaches to key consultancy offerings to give structure and confidence to our customer
  • Bring together CX, data and tech services to run joined up consultancy engagements for brands and retailers
  • You will bring new ways of working, innovative ideas and experiences to our teams and be passionate about making the difference both in the short term but also embedding these into the longer term culture of our Business
  • You will help grow your client's business by helping them develop their customer proposition

What we want from you:


  • Experience of leading product teams and managing a broad portfolio of products, ideally in a retail setting utilising the
value stream approach

  • Demonstrate considerable commercial acumen, using this knowledge to prioritise across a portfolio of products. Use commercial expertise to coach, challenge & guide their teams and stakeholders
  • Managing and influencing senior stakeholders from across disciplines, bringing them on the journey of what your portfolio is delivering and being able to show demonstrable value to drive continued support
  • Constant customer focus considers opportunities across a portfolio to add value to the customer and stakeholder landscape.
  • Data driven, defines and drives the use of product metrics to prioritise and deliver effective roadmaps, seek data to make informed decisions and consistently measure performance
  • Adept at utilising a variety of product processes to drive efficiency and optimise all parts of the product lifecycle across their portfolio
  • Strategic vision, creating, driving, and championing longterm vision for the portfolio in line with the overarching business strategy. Able to anticipate how this impacts teams across the portfolio and collaborate with them accordingly
  • Be able to understand the technical landscape of a client and how it meets customer expectations
