We are looking for a hard working sales representative.About the company:
Funk Motorsport is a leading name in Automotive Heat Management. Supplying to general car enthusiasts, manufacturers and race teams, our versatile range of products are loved and trusted worldwide.
With a strong social media presence reaching over 5 million people per month, we have huge ambitions to dominate the industry with regular, engaging, high quality media content.
We are looking to grow our in house team here in Essex and provide an opportunity for a hard working Shipping and stock operative to join us on our journey.
Your Role:
- Managing maintaining and expanding current worldwide dealer network.
- Accurately log and report sales/communications within our dealer network.
- Planning approach to maximise sales via the current dealer network, by providing support and encouragement, also providing education around key products suited/tailor to the dealer's niche.
- Building relationships with each dealer to understand their requirements/goals as a brand
- Raising invoices to clients and setting up online dealer accounts.
- Liaising with shipping team to ensure that they have all the information they require to run efficiently
- Sharing weekly rundowns of sales to the Management team.
- Helping to maintain products listed on online store.
Success will be measured via a range of KPIs, including:
- Volume of Dealer sales throughout a month cycle
- Value of Dealer sales throughout a month cycle
- Contribution to overall brand growth, which could include trade show attendance, attending media meetings
- Keeping on top of all inbound communications
- Have an efficient method of working
- Show the willingness to be flexible on both job role, and work load.
- Show good initiative in scenarios where guidance is unavailable.
- Have good attention to detail, by providing neat packaging standards.
- Show an active interest in the products and the brand direction.
- Be well presented, as this job can be customer facing at times.
- Have an interest in the automotive/motorsport industries.
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes Required:
- Proven track record of sales to both B2B and B2C
- Experience of the automotive aftermarket/motorsport world is preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication skills, including a clear and polite telephone manner
- Ability to resolve complaints in a consultative and positive manner
- Ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks
- Proficient on Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable with apple products
