Financial Planning Administrator

Monday - Friday

£27-30,000 plus benefits

Commutable from

Worcester, Bromsgrove and Droitwich
An excellent opportunity to join a growing Financial Advice Business located in the
Worcestershire area.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide high quality administrative support to the advisers and other members of the team.
  • Deal effectively with queries from clients.
  • Prepare files including compliance required documentation; illustrations and supporting documentation:
  • Data Protection
  • Client Agreements
  • ATR & Sustainability Questionnaires
  • Financial Data Capture

Skills:


  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks accordingly

Desired:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role within financial planning advantageous but not essential
  • Willingness to learn and undertake procedures in the financial planning industry
