Field - The role is home based but it is expected that at least
80% of your time will be in trade, visiting customers and creating new business.
You will need to be based in a commutable distance to your accounts, ideally within the central Scotland area (will consider northern England).

Contract:
Full Time / Permanent. Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week as required to fulfil role requirements. Some additional hours may be required in evening or weekends.

You are responsible for driving distribution on W&M brands within identified luxury venues within focus segments, maintaining existing distribution points and digital amplification of brands/brand activation across key bar tender influencers and outlet social channels.
You will agree and commit to commercially sound long term trading agreements that stipulate detailed DVA commitments and commercial terms.
Agreeing and implementing visibility and activation at the point of purchase in line with agreed standards by segment.Establish lasting partnerships, as well as getting out and about in the market to establish product quality and understand the customer's vision.
This role will require you to be both a key account manager and brand manager with the ability to manage sales relationships and be an educator, personifying the brands and bringing them to life.
- Responsible for prioritisation of all luxury on trade within the territory.
- Manage a call file of chain on trade groups that total c.150 outlets.
- Agree commercially viable trading agreements with prioritised and target luxury accounts.
- Creating and developing links with future partners, maintaining current relationships and maximising engagement.
- Maintain internal relationships with key stakeholders: Channel Marketing, Finance, Route To Market (RTM), National Account Managers (NAMs).

For this role we're looking for:
- Extensive previous sales experience in a similar role working with luxury brands.
- Broad On Trade and Drinks Industry knowledge.
- Excellent communication along with active listening skills and attention to detail.
- You will have a full UK driving licence.
