Artemis Human Capital is proud to be working exclusively with our client to hire a dedicated and proactive Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their lively, dynamic company based in Belfast.

As part of the Group Accounts team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all accounts payable activities for the Group, along with contributing to general accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, query resolution, payment runs and vendor management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in monthend closing activities and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide support for adhoc financial projects and initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Significant proven experience in end to end accounts payable roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Confident & professional communication style
  • Positive team player who can demonstrate leadership skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and occasionally pressured environment.
  • Relevant accounting qualifications or studying towards them preferred.

£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
