About Our Client:
A high performing school group based in Central London
- Key responsibilities of the Digital Engagement and Retention Officer role include:
- Creating and editing content to be posted online for the retention, engagement and attraction purpose to attract a varied talent pool
- Working with multiple stakeholders to create compelling marketing campaigns to be distributed on social media
- Create, follow and maintain social media guidelines for the organisations
- SEO optimisation, analytics and social media media execution as and when needed for specific activities
The Successful Applicant:
- Utilising social media to engage and retain (for example Digital Fundraising, Digital Marketing, Digital Engagement etc etc)
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital and social content
- Familiarity with nurturing audiences and or social media campaigns
- High creative energy and personality
