Telesales Assistant Manager

Farnham

£30-33K per annum, £38K OTE
Due to expansion my client is seeking a Telesales Assistant Manager to join their Telesales team.

Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for delivering departmental KPI's, whilst acting as a mentor and motivator for the other members ofthe telesales department.

You will:

Monitor, collate and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales records for individuals, teams, and the department
Conduct morning sales meetings
Train new starters on all products
Ensure all new starters are welcomed and inducted into each of the teams
Ensure the departmental KPIs are met successfully
Be part of products and development in new products / systems
Conduct team reviews on a monthly basis
Support the Internal Sales Director in developing the sales department, providing feedback for improvements wherever necessary
Identify and pursue opportunities for crossselling Group products and services to generate business and increase profitability
Make followup phone calls to prospective clients to confirm receipt of information, overcome potential objections, and possibly resell the proposition
Provide feedback to management of potential improvements to existing procedures and scripting
Support colleagues and team members with professional problems, working to help them to resolve any issues
Have previous experience in a supervisory/people management capacity
Have a proven track record in a fastpaced sales environment
Have strong organisation skills
Have the ability to drive, inspire and motivate a team
Have strong communication skills

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, and Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
