ABOUT YOU -

Your main skills will include:

ABOUT THE ROLE -

  • Effective ordering of stock items via our inhouse system
  • Responding to client enquiries and requests
  • Keep order expediting up to date. Contact vendors, place orders, verify supplies, manage supply requisition and communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates and inform customer of any potential delays.
  • Being initial and key point of contact for the customer
  • Establishing relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Receipting deliveries of goods to ensure the correct items were received with the expected standard of quality
  • Negotiating prices and delivery schedules with suppliers
  • Supporting the Customer Operations Manager in sourcing activities

Experience/ skills required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive 'cando' attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels


  • Administrative Skills

  • Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as outlook and excel
  • Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but
    not essential
