An exciting opportunity to join a passionate and growing Technology team within Blackfinch, designing and developing innovative products and solutions using the latest technologies within a collaborative and dynamic team.

Key Accountabilities

  • User Focus
  • Understand and identify with users, recommend design approaches, engage in meaningful interactions and relationships with users.


  • Systems Design

  • Understand design principles and implement best practices. Good at solving problems and understanding technical and business complexity.


  • Security

  • Maintain security, confidentiality, and integrity of information systems. Design, implement and operate controls and strategies to allow this.


  • Ownership and initiative

  • Ensuring technical solutions met business requirements, ownership of problems and proactively resolving issues.


  • Communication

  • Effectively communicate across technical and business boundaries, convey complex/technical information effectively to nontechnical audiences.
Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years software development, across both frontend and backend.
  • Experienced in the majority of the following technologies
  • C#/dotnet core, HTML/ CSS/Js, Sass, VueJs, Blazor, npm and PWAs
  • Experience with software development process such as CI/CD, testing and deployment.
  • Experience with a variety of data technologies, including SQL and document/search databases.
  • Experience with RESTFUL or GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiar with design systems and component driven UI development.
  • Familiar with SaaS product development and architectures
  • Familiar with Agile/Lean development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Familiarity with infrastructure and associated systems such as Docker, Kubernetes
