Job Summary

This is a key administrative role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. Working closely with Service Leaders and wider operational teams, you'll play an important part in ensuring contracts, invoicing, customer data, and internal systems are accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

  • Support Service Leaders with administrative tasks to achieve business objectives in customer satisfaction, profitability,
    & employee morale
  • Maintain & display a professional decorum in all dealings with customers
