Senior Property Manager/Head of Property Management - Newcastle - Up to £30,000 DOE
Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for your next big opportunity? Want to join a well-established company, offering a great basic salary?

What you will be doing

Delivering the best service to landlord clients, tenants, contractors and internal contacts
Ensuring continuity of business and an excellent reputation in the market by going the extra mile
Proactively managing problematic situations to the satisfaction of all parties
Ensuring compliance with strict lettings legislation and company policies at all times
Dealing with all aspects of property management, from compiling inventories, to dealing with daytoday repairs, insurance claims, receiving and remitting rents, processing and payment of invoices, arrears, check outs, and deposit disputes
Taking part in business activities to promote the business in the wider community
Maintaining excellent relationships with reliable contractors

What you will have

Have previous Property Management Experience
Ideally ARLA qualified
Possess superb organisational and communication skills
Have the ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload and to stay calm under pressure
Have excellent customer service skills
Have a full driving licence and own car for work
Maintain high standards of professionalism with clients, colleagues and contractors
