Research Services Account Executive


Our Research Services team enables customers to get the best use out of the Research and strategy platforms by empowering them with the assistance and tools they need to do so.

Customers who use our team are known to be more likely to remain a Qualtrics customer meaning we align not only to net new revenue but also to our very high renewal rate.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high performing team collaborating with many different stakeholders.

As a Research Services Account Executive at Qualtrics, You should love providing quality services to clients - such as aggregated panel services, translation services, reporting, analytics, scrubbing, ad testing etc.

How You'll Grow

  • The role involves the development of strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, most importantly our delivery team in research services.
  • Every day is different, providing plenty of scope and opportunity to continue to learn.

Things You'll Do

  • Acquire new research service clients, negotiate, and sell the Qualtrics Research Service to all new, current, and potential Qualtrics Research Suite clients
  • Work collaboratively with the client, internal departments as well as external partners to deliver exceptional customer experience with every project
  • Responsible for quality responses/sample for Research Suite clients
  • Whether our clients need responses from the general population, or from targeted groups of individuals (i.e. doctors in New York)—our team produces a qualified panel of respondents for our clients.

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

  • Minimum of 4 years Sales Account Management experience in Market Research industry
  • Must have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Ideally majoring in Marketing or Market Research)
  • Proven track record of strong performance in quota carrying role/s
  • Passionate about customer success, delivers high standard of professionalism and would has a role model behaviour
