Key Focus:
An exciting opportunity to join the sales department of a successful, rapidly growing company in the telecoms industry has become available.
We are looking for a highly organised individual that has the ability to work well under pressure in an ever-changing, fast paced environment, with the ability to communicate with all departments within the organisation, on various managerial levels.
This person will be supporting the sales department in all administration tasks, and will in some instances be the link between sales and other departments.
This role will report to:
Sales Manager
Key Duties:
- Process orders with customers and Field Sales Executives
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Collaborate closely with other Sales and Marketing channels to establish clear working guidelines
- Be an ambassador to establish us in the customers future
- Keep abreast of developments within us and be able to communicate clearly and confidentially to customers
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
- Escalate internal discrepancies on the order management systems, follow up for feedback and reports by the relevant sales executive
Qualifications & Experience:
- Has a strong desire to meet and exceed customers' expectations
- Computerliterate, technology savvy, and comfortable working with multiple IT systems and tools
- Methodical and detailoriented
- An understanding of the broadband industry would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills(verbal and written) and able to collaborate effectively with multiple teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Flexible working hours between 12:00 20:00
- GCSE Math & English passes
- 2 years' experience in an administrative role
