Administration Officer
£22,000 - £26,000 per annum
Creative District of Liverpool, Baltic area

Working with a well established organisation that provides excellent services that support people, and has been running for 25+ years, you will join an existing friendly team providing admin support to help make sure that they deliver their services to thehighest standards.

You will help to maintain clear records, effectively communicating with multiple parties working to set timescales, in order to provide effective services for a variety of supportive courses.

Salary & Benefits
£22,000 - £26,000
Hours: 9:00 - 5:00, Monday - Friday

Location:
Optional hybrid working (minimum of 3 days in the office)
Holidays: 25 days, plus bank holidays and birthday off

Skills & Experience

  • Monitoring or compliance experience is desirable (work which ensures that company is being run legally, ethically, and complies with all applicable industry regulations).
  • Good time management and organisation skills; able to work to multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experienced in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Effective teamwork and able to contribute ideas for improving services in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Commitment to diversity and equality, and ability to address and overcome those barriers.
Duties
You will be a key contact for multiple customers across a range of projects, for this you will:

  • Keep in regular contact with all relevant bodies.
  • Undertake monthly compliance checks, reviewing the quality of delivery of projects, ensuring the partnership is delivering to meet both the client and the commissioner's needs.
  • Undertake drafting, reporting and analysis of information to support project reporting, initial project design and potential delivery approaches.
  • Attend internal project meetings to enable effective partner and project management.
  • Undertake information/project information analysis to assist with project reports and evaluations.
  • Prepare and collate information to present for funding claims.
  • Constructively provide feedback to partners on claim issues; missing data / evidence and offering support and guidance.
  • Upload and submit claims via funders online portal and responding to queries as needed.
  • Planning, checking and responding to funders inspection requirements including desk checks on specific inspections by external funders.
  • Review, update and follow up Programme Management Tools after each claim period.
