Description

Support the work of the 0-19 School Health Team with planned programmes of health care and health promotion. Undertake activities as delegated by the School Nurse, in support of the delivery of the 0-19 service.

Support the delivery of a child focused service which promotes good partnership working with parents, schools, nurseries, childrens centres and other agencies.
