Site Manager

My client is a privately owned main contractor with a trading history in excess of 30 years.

Working on residential, commercial, and retail space for some of London's major landowners as well as prime residential projects for high net worth private clients, they have forged an excellent reputation as a quality led contractor.

The company are looking to appoint an experience site manager.

Site Manager:

Site Manager for a refurbishment and fit out project in Soho.
This project will entail residential apartments and commercial space.
The are seeking a Site Manager with high end experience and ideally with a carpentry or joinery trade background or with a construction related degree.
The successful site manager will ideally have a CSCS Card and SSSTS or SMSTS certificate.

The company are looking to make a permanent appointment and can offer a genuine long term career.

They have a very stable team, and many of the staff have worked for the company for many years.
