About the role:

We have an exciting new opportunity for an organised and pro-active Employer Engagement Officer to work within the Construction team on a full time, permanent basis (37 hours per week).


You will be responsible for reviewing student progress, and providing them with timely information and guidance in order to help them succeed.

You will also carry out reviews with apprentices and employers to monitor the progress of their apprenticeship, and you will target at risk apprentices by providing more frequent reviews and support.

Another key part of this role is building and maintaining relationships with employers, and meeting with them to understand their business and what they require from their apprentice.


You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excelling working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders both internally and externally.
