We sell UK investment opportunities to overseas clients, guiding those looking to invest in the UK property market, especially the buy-to-let sector.


We are currently looking for a Sales Progressor to join our team at The Exchange in Birmingham, on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role


As a Sales Processor, you will support smooth property sales by ensuring clients' experience of the UK conveyancing process is seamless and professional.


You will oversee the sales process for investments into our property development projects, managing the process from instructions to proceed, to exchange and completion.


Supporting the smooth administration of the process, you will ensure that the reservation form is accurately completed and all documents are received on time.


Additionally, you will:


  • Oversee the service level agreement of 28 days from exchange to completion
  • Liaise with solicitors, international wealth managers and buyers
  • Issue progress updates to both clients and managers
What we're looking for

A natural salesperson.

You will be working with high level clients from across the world, so the ability to present yourself confidently and professionally, whilst demonstrating your sales ability is essential.

An organised professional.

Property is a fast-paced environment and we're looking for an individual who excels in an environment where they can meet multiple deadlines.

Someone with excellent IT literacy.

You will need to be confident in the use of MS packages and be able to pick up our internal systems.

An individual with an eye for detail.

You will be processing important documents, so the ability to complete administrative tasks with excellent spelling and grammar is critical.

Ideally, you will have an understanding of property sales and the sales progression process
