What you'll be doing:


As a sales and marketing assistant at Inception, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication to new and existing customers.

Your primary responsibilities will involve helping to create and deliver an effective marketing strategy for the companies growth, sending out and following up on outgoing correspondence, calling and contacting new and existing customers, understanding their business needs, and articulating how our IT and print solutions can help customers.

You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding clients through the sales process. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing team.

Your ability to build strong customer relationships, coupled with your persuasive communication skills, will be essential in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our company in the competitive Print and IT industry.


A day in your life might include

  • Sending mail shots and other forms of marketing.
- maintaining company social media profiles.

  • Focus on both new customer acquisition and upselling to existing customers.
  • Progress leads into the quote stage, collaborating with the support team.
  • Updating customer records in the company's database as required.
  • Promoting products based on the company's directives.
  • Booking meetings with the necessary individuals.

What we need from you:

  • Experienced with using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Someone who is experienced on the phone.
  • Someone who is competent at using a computer and multiple systems.
  • Reliable individual.
  • Minimum 1year telesales experience

£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
