We are helping afinancial services company hire a Mortgage Advisor in Manchester, and the role is offered on a full-time basis.

This is a unique opportunity to join an industry leading financial brokerage. You will be part of a highly successful department with a clear strategy for success and growth.

Reporting to the Second Charge Team Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Managing a portfolio of customers with a variation of inbound and outbound streams
Delivering exceptional sales performance against agreed KPIs
Establishing customers' requirements by evaluating their current financial situation
Presenting the most appropriate options for the customer to choose by providing bespoke advice.

To apply, you will need to hold CeMAP 1 and be willing to work towards being fully CeMAP qualified

You will also require:

Sales experience with a proven track record of hitting KPIs and targets within a dynamic sales environment
A determined and resultsfocused approach
The ability to communicate effectively across a wide range of audiences
Experience in a pressurised role working towards targets and deadlines.

In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of £25,000 to £35,000.
