    Jobbeschrijving Diensthoofd Wagenpark en Facilitair Beheer

    Het Diensthoofd Wagenpark en Facilitair Beheer is een sleutelfiguur binnen onze organisatie, verantwoordelijk voor het ontslaan van onze verpleeg- en zorgkundigen en afdelingen van alle faciliteitenbeheer, logistiek en wagenparkzaken.

    Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar je projecten kunt leiden, zoals de uitbouw van verpleegposten, elektrificatie van het wagenpark en de duurzame ontwikkeling van ons bedrijf. Bovendien ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het onthaal, logistiek beheer en aankoopbeleid binnen het Wit-Gele Kruis.

    Verantwoordelijkheden:

    • Beheer van het wagenpark (+/- 700 voertuigen), inclusief aankoop, onderhoud en verkoop;
    • Beheer van +/- 15 gebouwen, waaronder de opvolging van bouwprojecten, onderhoud van bestaande gebouwen en samenwerking met externe leveranciers;
    • Aankoop van materialen binnen ons bedrijf, rekening houdend met de wet op overheidsopdrachten;
    • Nauwe contacten onderhouden met zorgafdelingen om te zorgen voor optimale interne dienstverlening;
    • Teambegeleiding, aansturen en coaching van medewerkers als leidinggevende;
    • Rapportage over de werking van teams en status van projecten aan rechtstreekse superieur;
    • Master of Bachelor diploma in een relevante discipline (bijv. handelsingenieur, facility management, milieucoördinator, aankoper);
    • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring, waaronder leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur in een decentrale organisatie;
    • Bijbehorend Minimum 5 jaar dienstverband

    Salaris:

    Bruto voltijds salaris tussen €4102,88 en €6299,52 (IFIC schaal 17), afhankelijk van jouw anciënniteit. Hierdoor ontvangt je ook talloze extralegale voordelen:
