DISPUTE RESOLUTION LAWYER

A Senior Dispute Resolution Lawyer is required for this well respected law firm to join its team based in Liverpool city centre.

Role Overview

This is the chance to join a team handling a diverse range of disputes for private and commercial clients including procurement disputes, contentious insolvency disputes, contentious bankruptcy, fraud, shareholder disputes, breach of warranty claims, and professionalnegligence claims.

Work is available so you don't need to have following.

What you will need to be is technically competent enough to handle representing clients through litigation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution, with mínimal supervision.

The firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Lawyer who can demonstrate:

Sound technical knowledge. As a guide our client would be looking for someone with at least 5 years experience at a recognised regional, national or international practice
Would suit a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Fee Earner with equivalent experience.
Able to work as part of a team with mínimal supervision
Willingness to get involved in developing the department and client relationships
Commercial awareness
