Description
We are looking for someone to join our busy accounts department.


Responsibilities include:
Sales ledger maintenance and all aspects of credit control

Purchase ledger maintenance, including invoice processing and payment

Processing daily bank receipts and payments including credit card payments

Resolving supplier invoice queries and statement reconciliations

Expenses, petty cash and any other administrative duties as required


Required skills and experience:
Experience of Opera preferred but training will be given

Previous sales and purchase ledger experience is required

Experience in Credit Control

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent team worker

Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative


Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
