We are currently looking for an experienced HR professional to join our amazing team as an HR and Training Administrator.

You will need to be an enthusiastic individual with solid previous administrative and HR experience.


Your role is to support Mountain Healthcare and our other umbrella companies whilst underpinning the business partners in a range of activities to drive the business forward.

This position is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with the hope of a permanent role at the end.


Responsibilities of the HR and Training Administrator:

  • Providing advice and support on a range of key ER issues
  • Delivery of longerterm projects / business change
  • Adhoc reporting and key registration management
  • Supporting business leaders with procedural or absence meetings
  • Contract letters and amendments
  • Continual review of policy and process changes affecting our existing practices
  • Maintaining staff files and liaising with other key departments where required
  • Maintaining high professional standards in line with ACAS and the CIPD Code of Professional Conduct

Essential Skills You will need to be CIPD qualified with a minimum of one year's experience as a HR Advisor to qualify for this HR and Training Administrator role.
