Due to continued success and growth, Connect Appointments are recruiting a number of reliable individuals to become Document Prepper's. With our data management client in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, on a full-time ongoing basis.

Starting a new exciting project this is a great opportunity to get in on the ground and become part of the expanding night shift team:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 22:00 to 06:00
- £10.25 per hour

  • A shift allowance of £15 per day
Your role as a Document Preparation Assistant will involve:

  • Handling confidential/sensitive information
  • Preparing documents for scanning
  • Meticulously following policies/processes
  • Decisionmaking and issue escalation within a set framework
  • Other tasks deemed within your responsibility
Successful applicants will possess the following skills, traits and experience:

  • Understands the need to keep information secure and your responsibilities
  • Able to maintain professional standards and follow processes meticulously
  • Be a strong team player, with a positive cando attitude
