We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced
Call Centre Operators to join our team in Epsom.

As a Call Centre Operator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and handling incoming calls efficiently and professionally.


Job Title:
Call Centre Operator


Rate:
£11.44 per hour


Location:
Epsom (required to be in the office for the first 12 weeks)


Hours: 37.5 hours per week


Shift Patterns:


  • Shifts are 8 hours covering the opening hours of 88 Monday to Friday and 91 Saturdays.
  • Week of late shift and Saturday shift on a 68 week rotation.
  • 9am5pm shift for the first 6 weeks.

Length of Assignment: 12 weeks + (temp to perm opportunity)


Start Date:
Monday 8th April 2024


Experience Required:


  • Call handling and customer service experience.
  • Consistency in previous roles.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous manner.
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Logging calls and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets and quality standards.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in call handling and customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and a polite telephone manner.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable and punctual with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Consistency and reliability in previous work experiences.
