About Our Client:
Our client, a welcoming and professional business based in North Bristol are looking for a Customer Relationship Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
As the market leader in their industry, the business has seen impressive growth in their permanent workforce since their conception.
Duties and responsibilities of the Customer Relationship Administrator include, but are not limited to:- You will look after several large accounts primarily through an online helpdesk, where staff and managers within the company can log various types of enquiries and requests related to their accounts
- Administration and maintenance of client records through the inhouse management system
- Handling a variety of telephone queries including callouts
- Coordinating deliveries of equipment packs for new recruits, training courses, exchanges, and emergency orders
- Accurately recording key activities in a monthly KPI pack and preparing this for signoff
- Acting as a primary point of contact between the customers and the internal teams
The Successful Applicant:
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail
- Efficient computer literacy
- Strong communication skills

- £24,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
