**Service Operations Advisor (Learner)

Our office at Universal Square, Manchester with some home working

We are looking for a Service Operations Advisor (Learner) to join our team.


As the voice of Kaplan, you will be part of a team who build and maintain strong relationships with students, offering support and guidance throughout their students' journeys.


This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

This is an office-based role with some home working.


Please note that this role is on a rotational shift pattern working between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm over 7 weeks with two weekend shifts.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience of working within a customer focused environment (preference would be from a call centre environment)
