The Sirona Temporary Staffing Team provide flexible clinical and non-clinical support to our Teams across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG).

Our NHS and Local Authority funded services span all age groups.

Our aim is to support people in their own homes and local communities through our skilled and experienced clinical teams.

As a Bank Community Support Worker, you'll play a vital role within our community services.

You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team made up of clinicians such as Physiotherapists and Nurses to provide ongoing clinical activities such as, nursing tasks, rehabilitation & recovery, and support with daily routines and personal care.


Alternatively, as a Health Care Assistant you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of patient interventions within an inpatient setting.

These could include venipuncture, wound care, electrocardiogram (ECG) recording, and wound dressings.


As a member of the Temporary Staffing Team, we recognise your need for flexibility to balance home and work commitments.

In supporting such flexibility, we hope to tailor opportunities to fit around you.


Your main responsibility will be to work as part of a multi professional team to support the registered nursing and allied healthcare professionals in delivering clinical and therapeutic care to service users.


This will include contributing to the holistic assessment of service users by assisting clinical staff in the assessment and treatment of patients referred to our services.

Additionally, it will be your duty to provide and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all patients and carers and seek further advice from trained staff if an emergency should arise
