We are growing rapidly in the UK with multiple NHS trust partnered with Meril. We manufacture a variety of medical devices for clinical benefit of patients.


Job role:
Daily tasks (mainly, but not limited to) will be as below:

  • Being up to date with Meril portfolio and product technicalities.
  • Getting appointments and conduct brief meetings with surgeons to showcase our devices.
  • Facilitate the evaluation of our devices by surgeons in operating room and take feedback forms.
  • Build up rapport with theatre nursing team. Support the nursing team during evaluation.
  • Understand the requirement and manage various aspect of a project.
  • Demonstrate our brand and build up awareness.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Work with team to complete specific task and achieve desired outcome.
  • Liaise with hospital procurement purchasing team.
  • Present to group of surgeons and nurses (after sufficient training).
  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Manage evaluation stock at the hospital initially.
  • Promptly address any concerns/queries of the surgeons and the nursing team.

Qualification requirement:
Graduates with any biological or medical sciences degree or business management degree.


Work experience:
0-5 years experience in medical devices, clinical specialist or any kind of role in hospital's surgical theatre environment.

Location:
Stoke-on-Trent, London, Leeds/Bradford, Manchester, Bristol, South Warwickshire and other parts of UK.
