Location | Workplace Policy:

We are currently working with the number 1 retail Group that continues to defy industry standards, and without a doubt is reinventing the shopper experience both in-store & online.

And with huge plans in place for their digital channels involving a digital, a strategic decision has been made to build a new centralised digital team here in Manchester looking after their pureplay brands and have key hires to make.

The role:


Integral to our client's digital revolution is a capable CRO Analyst that will take the lead over customer journeys and ensure they are optimised and running effectively.

As a vital part of the newly built CRO team, your responsibilities will include thecollection of data & the development of reports & roadmaps.


You will also be tasked with:

  • Utilise a combination of Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio and Content Square when conducting CRO reports and dashboards
  • Create test proposals and insight reports that help improve CRO initiatives
  • Analyse customer journeys, data, conversion funnels, heat maps, session recordings with the aim being to create actionable insights
  • Establish yourself as a trusted member of the CRO team and provide recommendations to others
  • Regularly evaluate competitors and ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve
  • Set up tracking for CRO initiatives that uncover insights and report on test performances
  • Conduct A/B tests in collaboration with the UX department
  • Remain the key person that team members can go to regarding Google tag management and Segment matters (deploying tags etc.)
  • Debug technical issues

What skills do you need?

  • Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
  • Commercial experience working within a product performance team that uses data to drive improvements
  • Experienced with all the latest UX and A/B testing practices
  • Demonstrable experience in using website analytics across eComm companies
  • Skilled in: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SQL, R/Python, MicroStrategy/Tableau or Mixpanel.
  • Understanding of Google Tag Manager
  • Comfortable creating insights reports that will be viewed by senior figures
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple touchpoints
