The Role:


  • Diary management. Organise multiple salespeople's diaries ensuring that geographically, they are as productive as possible, and all appointments and details are passed over to the sales team accurately.
  • Administration. Updating spreadsheets and internal records where required.
  • Communication. Communicate with business clients and sales team, both written and verbal. Manage the client's expectations and deal with their initial queries, ensuring they understand the process and the timescales involved in meeting with one of the team.
  • Client service. Delivering an excellent service to clients and sales team members alike, ensuring strong and positive working relationships. Manage the processes for retention issues, liaising with other internal departments to ensure that we deliver thebest outcome for the client.
  • Proven work experience as Sales Support Associate
  • Indepth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to explain information in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to thrive in a target driven environment.
  • The ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A Proactive, positive and organised approach to work.
