A wonderful opportunity has arisen within Cardiology Outpatients of the Cardiothoracic Centre for a Patient Pathway Coordinator Assistant.


You will support the CTC Outpatient Manager to deliver a comprehensive reception and clerical support service to the Cardiothoracic Division incorporating both the Essex Cardiothoracic Centre and the DGH Cardiac Department.


Acting as supervisor to the divisional pool of Patient Pathway Assistants (PPA) including participating in attendance and performance management processes and actively participating in the duty rotation of the Patient Pathway Assistant pool.


You will work alongside the Operational Cardiology management team in providing effective and efficient clerical support to the Cardiology service across the MSE.
