Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse who has significant experience, ideally across a range of disciplines, and is keen to support nurses in the early years of their career.


You will provide mentoring, pastoral support, essential professional advice, education and guidance aimed at passing your "legacy" on to the next generation of nurses.

You will play a crucial part in supporting staff wellbeing and career progression.

You will also co-ordinate the Legacy Mentor Project and develop and roll out a sustainable programme of legacy mentoring throughout the Trust
