We are looking for an exceptional, dynamic & innovative Pharmacist to contribute to an effective pharmacy service to meet the needs of our Client.


Job Purpose:


  • To work as part of an enthusiastic and highly motivated Homecare Pharmacy team, to deliver an organised, efficient and accurate dispensing service which exceeds customer expectation by your dedication to patient care.
  • To perform the role of a pharmacist, which will include final accuracy checks, clinical checks and providing clinical advice and support to all areas of the business.
  • To act as Responsible Pharmacist as and when required, as defined in the prevailing regulations.
  • To work alongside the other members of the Pharmacy Management Team and assist with the management and organisation of all teams within the Pharmacy department.

As a Pharmacist you will;

  • Perform the required roles and responsibilities of a pharmacist within the Pharmacy, to include clinical checks and final accuracy checks. Ensure compliance with current legislation and professional guidance.
  • Where required, the performance of the roles and responsibilities of the designated 'Responsible Pharmacist', ensuring compliance with the responsibilities of this role.
  • Under the guidance of the Pharmacy Management Team, help plan and organise work within the pharmacy to ensure optimum use of resource and ensure smooth work flows. Work with the Pharmacy Team to deliver service levels and response times as required.
  • Conduct and support with formal and informal training, predominantly internally but may include conducting external training on occasions where experience and knowledge permits.

To work as a Pharmacist in this unique role you will need:

  • Qualified GPHC Registered Pharmacist
  • Eligible to Work in the UK
  • Good computer literacy
