  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • This position involves a lot of written communication, so excellent copywriting, editing and proofing skills are required.
  • Attention to detail when updating data held in our CRM system (including information related to institutions and contacts).
  • You are uninterested in making dataled decisions to best optimize marketing spending.
  • You are a true team player. Knowledge sharing in the team is vital for process innovation and improvement.
  • It's highly beneficial if you have previous experience of SaaS inbound marketing strategies. Experience working with Hubspot is an extra plus.
  • It's good to have knowledge or interest in online education. You may have been an online learner previously.

Your mission


At insendi, you will work in the sales & marketing department, a team that works with prospective organisations across the world to create interest in our platform and services.

The main tasks you will assist the team with are:

  • Oversight for all content marketing activities, from ideation and strategy to production and promotion.
  • Coordinating social media by creating a schedule of exciting social media content to post via LinkedIn.
  • Planning and attending events, conferences and webinars.
  • Collating references and testimonials from current partners.
  • Drafting success cases.
  • Preparing award submissions.
  • Implementing website adjustments.
  • Directing queries received via website chat or requests for demos.
  • Trialing new marketing approaches such as LinkedIn ads.
  • Collaborating with Support and Partner Success teams to release product and roadmap announcements.
  • Calculating ROI on marketing activities by analyzing information related to page views, clickthrough rates, and other consumption metrics can help determine value and discover opportunities for optimization.
