We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Food & Beverage to join the Jewish Care team. This role will lead, review and re-engineer our current Food and Beverage offering across our portfolio of Care Homes, Retirement Living, Community Centres and Offices

Our Head of Food & Beverage will need to balance the creation of a long-term strategic vision with ensuring day-to-day operational delivery.

You will lead and motivate a team of over 250, and work closely with our board and directorate team to shape and create our future F&B offering

Experience in reviewing catering / F&B services
Led teams through transformation
Experience of ensuring services match the needs of the customer
Robust relevant compliance knowledge, and experience of working with external standards auditors
Solid commercial awareness
