About the Role:
As a Student Welfare Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere for students.
Your responsibilities encompass managing administrative duties related to student welfare, providing prompt first aid, and bolstering the overall well-being of the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer first aid promptly and efficiently to ensure student safety and well-being.
Maintain meticulous records and documentation pertaining to student welfare.
Collaborate closely with school staff to bolster student well-being initiatives.
Execute daily operations within the Welfare Office.
Contribute to cultivating a supportive and compassionate environment for students.
Requirements:
Possess current first aid training and certification.
Proficient in organizing and executing administrative tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Capable of working autonomously or as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar capacity is advantageous.
Willingness to undergo or possess an enhanced Child & Adult DBS check, underscoring a steadfast commitment to safety.
Working Hours and Compensation:
Work hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Receive a minimum hourly rate of £14.61.
