Head of Financial Operations - £70,000-£80,000+benefits, Hybrid; Maidenhead
IN2Consult has a new opportunity with one of our fastest-growing clients in the Maidenhead area. Our client is a multi-national household name, with one of the best working cultures in the country.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional tolead a large team, and drive real change within the organisation to set themselves up for further success.


Head of Financial Operations duties include:

  • Direct management of 3 senior managers.
  • Improving and automating internal processes.
  • Drive and incentivise the finance team's future success.
  • Oversee the debt collection process to ensure cash flow.
  • Create reports for the board to ensure information flows.
  • Ensuring swift resolution of any stakeholder issues.
  • Ensure a strong positive culture is maintained within the finance departments

The right person for the Head of Financial Operations should have:

  • Credit control background
- (CICM preferred but not essential).

  • Proven experience leading large teams.
  • A strong record of improving controls & processes.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels; junior to board.
