We are looking for amazing people to support the operations of our indoor venues and the role will be focused about....

To provide an outstanding service to all our customers, whether it be working from reception, floor, bar, kitchen or party hosting.
To present a high standard of cleanliness in the centre, and keep the site inviting at all times whilst abiding to all company policies and procedures (as noted in the Staff Hand Book).
Support the aims and ethos fostered in the play centre, this requires ensuring children and adults obey to the centre Rules of Play, following through to customer care activities and adding value to pushing the 'Partyman' brand.
The centre is to be maintained at a standard ready for any visits, and any concerns and maintenance issues should be logged and sorted with immediate effect.
