Description
Cranmead is a dynamic company delivering supported accommodation to young people and care leavers and growing all the time.


We are looking for Two Team Leaders for our growing team and service who will manage 24-hour supported accommodation services in Brighton or Worthing for Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers aged 16-18 years old and Care Leavers.

You will be expected to have a positive approach and to lead and direct the teams to get the best results for the young people in our services.

We will support you through a thorough induction process and with bespoke, focused training and development opportunities.

You will need to be able to demonstrate or tell us about the following areas at your interview:
Experience of working in a support role, managing a caseload and multi-agency work

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability able to develop good working relationships with a range of people

Good IT literacy and numerical skills

Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

From £27,500.00 per year
