Graduate Customer Success Executive


Contechs are looking for an energetic Customer Success Executive who will be a key addition to the existing sales team, responsible for delivering a consistent new business pipeline within the Digital sector.


Role Responsibilities

  • Client prospecting and booking new business meetings.
  • Initiating new business pipeline crucial for business growth.
  • Log and update activity through CRM system to support you and the team in tracking and achieving targets.
  • Utilise social media as a social selling tool and to help you establish your brand within the industry.
  • Lead nurturing managing and progressing Marketing Qualified Leads.
  • Provide regular customer feedback to Sales and Technical Directors.
  • Execution and support for marketing campaigns.
  • Attend events and exhibitions as necessary to raise company profile.
  • Provide sales support on marketing campaigns when required including events, offers and incentives.
  • Build prospect reports and build your own knowledge of your target market.
  • Establish longterm customer and internal relationships based on trust.

Experience & Qualifications (Desired, not necessarily required)

  • Educated to degree level.
  • Firstrate communication and written English skills only highly articulate and effective communicators will be successful in this role.
  • Sales, call centre or customer service experience.
  • Customer facing experience able to demonstrate aptitude and suitability in a previous role.
  • Experience a CRM System.
  • Knowledge of: engineering design (CAD) and manufacturing processes and associated software would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience of using social media for business.
