Senior Planner


Contract length - 12-month FTC


Rate - £50 - £65k per annum


Location - London


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research.
  • Develop information, insights, and research findings into brand/comms strategy.
  • Lead endtoend projects from brief, workshop moderation, strategic development, analytics, and reporting.
  • Ensure there's a collective understanding of the tools/processes used for the strategy planning process.
  • Work closely with Planning Directors to develop strategic relationships with clients.
  • Lead discussions from a strategy perspective in meetings and advise/challenge where necessary to improve briefs.
  • Plan, coordinate and develop bespoke workshops.
  • Proactively identify and drive new business opportunities.
  • Write creative briefs with Planning and Creative teams.
  • Through effective line management, ensure high quality selection, training, development, and performance management of all line reports.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 4+ years or equivalent experience in brand communications agencies in scientific/medical roles, working with the Strategy team (directly or indirectly)
  • Passion and understanding of science.
  • Passion and interest in people, communications strategy, and the creative industry.
  • Ability to translate complex thoughts/ideas for any audience.
  • Strong relationship builder
