Job Vacancy:
Warehouse Operative
Ongoing Temporary contract (with potential for a permanent role)


Location:
Feltham


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 3.00pm


Attire:
Steel toe-capped boots required

I am seeking an organised, detail-oriented individual to work collaboratively with the parts and service departments.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Allocating parts to jobs and shipping them to engineers
  • Investigating late, short, or missing items from deliveries
  • Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials
  • Picking and filling orders from our comprehensive stock
  • Packing and shipping orders to various UK and Worldwide locations
  • Generating commercial invoices and airway bills
  • Identifying commodity codes, country of origins, and updating systems
  • Utilising Microsoft Office proficiently
  • Coordinating with vendors and carriers regarding ordering, packaging, and lead times
  • Forklift experience preferred, but not essential
  • Assisting in unloading and loading deliveries
  • Creating new locations for parts within our system
  • Providing coverage for team members during absences or holidays
  • Ensuring a safe working environment for all

Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred
  • Forklift experience is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Capability to adapt and cover various responsibilities
  • Must have own steel toe capped boots
