Requirements:

• We are looking for a Fitness Instructor who can undertake Inductions, Fitness Assessments and develop Personal Programmes for our customers
• To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everybody using the health and fitness facilities.
• To promote excellence of customer service and motivate people to enjoy exercise through good communications and selling skills.
• To take responsibility for all aspects of the daily operation of the health and fitness facilities.
• To drive the Health & Fitness brand and specifically to adhere to all operational and sales procedures.

The Person

• You should be enthusiastic about health and fitness and able to provide Quality, Care and Excellence throughout the service you provide. Driving our brand you must be able to work to targets, and adhere to our company and sales procedures.
• The role promotes the safety and enjoyment of everybody who uses our facilities and motivates our customers to benefit from exercise.
• You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• To be aware of all Health and Safety issues within the Centre, and specifically the fitness and health facility, and to constantly implement and assess procedures, drawing attention to unsafe practices
• To guide, care for and assist all fitness users especially in areas of motivation, wellbeing, nutrition, and fitness testing
• To work as part of a team to achieve income and sales targets for the fitness and health facility.
• To take responsibility for ensuring the health and fitness facilities are clean, tidy and well presented at all times
• To make sure all equipment and facilities are safe and secure when not in use

About Us:

Established in April 2017, we started out running fitness classes in playing fields and community halls. In October 2018, we progressed to our very own, bespoke Personal Training facility in Axminster. This unit was 700 square feet. We built our brand and following, creating what we think is the most incredible fitness family in the area. We have 100% results from the clients we've had in our facility with brilliant client retention.

Jesse and Aneesa are both British finalist in Bodybuilding and have a wealth of knowledge through health & Fitness qualifications and experiences.

We are now pleased to offer a 4000 square foot, fitness Hub including a bespoke free weights gym, Personal Training, Supplement centre and group exercise classes.
