Description

As an Internal Sales Temp the purpose of this role is to support by handling inbound requests, supporting with customers financial analysis and providing accurate and timely information.


Duties:


  • Carrying out sales processes.
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Evaluating requests and communicating approval or rejection.
  • Ensuring the best customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Supporting and interacting with customers
  • Managing Complaints and directing them to the relevant team
  • Entering relevant data into management IT system

Experience and Skills:

  • A natural rapport builder
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Good time management skills
  • Experience in telephone selling or customer service
