A REAL ESTATE FINANCE Senior Associate opportunity has arisen at this dynamic Law Firm based in CARDIFF.

The Firm has offices in England and Wales and has a modern organisational structure based on an agile, fluid team-centric model.

This Real Estate Finance team have acted for numerous major clients, including a challenger bank on the financing of residential development, mixed use and care home projects around the UK in aggregate debt value of £150m and a private bank on the £120mfinancing of a residential development project in west London.

You will be part of a dynamic Real Estate Finance team comprising lawyers who have trained and worked at highly regarded city or national law firms.

Key criteria to consider:

Minimum of 6 years' post qualifying experience in a Real Estate Finance team at a city or national firm.
Strong technical knowledge of the legal framework surrounding finance transactions.
Experience of both borrower and lender transactions preferred.
Commercially astute with a passion for keeping up to date with key legal and business news.
A proven track record in delivering technical excellence and in leading workstreams and negotiations.
Selfmotivated, proactive, detailoriented, a person of sound judgement.
First class relationship building skills and the ability to develop and cement client relations and team working.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in driving and participating in team business development initiatives.
Good time and file management skills.
Proactive 'Can do' attitude with a flexible approach to working under pressure.
