Tutors/trainers/Assessors must possess a teaching/Assessing qualification in a related field (e.g., Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools )which can include

Further and Adult Education Teachers Certificate
Cert Ed/PGCE/B Ed/M Ed
PTLLS/CTLLS/DTLLS
Level 3 Award/4 Certificate/5 Diploma in Education and Training
Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment
Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement
Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment
Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement

A1 or D32/D3

Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, policies, and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Proficiency in computer systems and software used in healthcare settings

Skills:

Knowledge of health insurance plans and coverage options
Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
